Payment information
Price
Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes in EU countries, excluding shipping costs. Prices outside the EU do not include taxes (based on shipping address).
Only payments in euros are accepted.
Cyclesmanivelle.com reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed, subject to availability.
The products remain the property of Cyclesmanivelle.com until full payment of the indicated price.

The User’s bank details are encrypted (SSL technology, Secure Socket Layer). They do not circulate unencrypted on the Internet and cannot be intercepted.
Your bank details (card number, expiry date….) are not communicated to Cyclesmanivelle.com.
Proof
The data recorded by the Site constitutes proof of all transactions between the Site and its customers
The data recorded by the Paypal payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.

– Colissimo home delivery from €8 surplus depending on weight and destination country.
– In Colisimo pick-up points (according to the list of partner countries below) from 6€, surplis depending on destination country and weight.
Colissimo partner countries: Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, United Kingdom, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Portugal, Spain.

Return
Was something wrong with your order?
You have 14 days following receipt of your order to return your product and receive a refund.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Please send us an e-mail to contact@cyclesmanivelle.com specifying the product you wish to return and your order number.
In order to fulfill the return conditions, you must send your product in its original condition, i.e. not worn, and in its complete packaging.

Exchange
Would you like to exchange a product from your order?
You can exchange your product while stocks last, but you have 14 days to let us know. Please note that if your product was a custom order, you do not have the option to exchange or return it.
Return and reshipment costs are at the customer’s expense.
To do so, please send us an e-mail to contact@cyclesmanivelle.com specifying the product you wish to exchange, your order number and the product you wish to exchange.
To meet the exchange conditions, you must send your product in its original condition, i.e. unworn/unmounted, in its complete packaging and indicate the order number on the parcel.
