Discover Rebecca’s Manivelle #44!
More than a year ago, Rebecca, accompanied by her partner Alexandre, came to us with a very exciting project: a gravel bike with character on a Columbus XCR.
This frame kit hides a lot of details, between the integration of the cables, our reinterpretation of the classic top stay/seat tube connection, the custom stem. This is also our first achievement in the Columbus XCR series (stainless steel). Any work being a first is a challenge, we like it, and are proud of the result.
If we leave the assembly to Alexandre and Rebecca, a request from them since the beginning of the project, we were there to guide them in the choice of components, even if the duo had clear ideas about the components. There are some very nice pieces, mainly European, with an American touch brought by Rebecca, originally from the state of Maryland: Chris King and Thomson.
The delivery took place this afternoon of October 28th. The black sheet put on our production, a small coffee in introduction. And then, Rebecca’s big smile when we unveil Manivelle No. 44. A big thank you to both of you for your trust, now it’s up to you to edit, we can’t wait to see the result. We would be close to feeling like the customer.
Have a good trip Rebecca!
