La Banane Limitée [Coyote-Orange fluo]

Here’s a limited edition of our banana, made with our latest catch of upcycled fabrics. The starting point for this limited edition is a transparent tarpaulin with a grid pattern that we love and were keen to use, but which we only found in very small quantities, hence the “limited” edition. Then, we combined it with technical fabrics found in the dead stocks of French manufacturer Alpex, tarpaulin leftovers or thick cotton canvas found at the workshops of Cawe, a professional clothing manufacturer based in Strasbourg. Beyond the materials, this model retains the same characteristics and will accompany you around town, on your travels or on your gravel and bikepacking rides. La Banane is water-resistant thanks to its roll-top closure system, and its size is ideal for papers, phone, small snacks, your compact camera, a few tools or your rain jacket.

The back belt has been designed to give you an ergonomic contact thanks to the 3D fabric and the breathable perforated textile. It has a main volume of 2.9L (unfolded), an inside pocket, an outside pocket, and several attachment points for a carabiner, a lamp, keys, tools or pens. The elastic cord under the hip bag allows you to quickly put on your extra layer or water bottle The loops for the elastic cord are made of fluorescent vests and will give you visibility in the traffic. The back is padded with a thick, breathable and comfortable mesh fabric. Like all our luggage, the banana is handmade in Strasbourg by the superb Libre Objet team.

An additional anti-spinning strap is available as an option if you want to wear your fanny pack on your back during your more engaged bike rides.
